About this design
A grinning skull stares out from a paisley bandana, its brow shaped from chromed handlebars gripped by bony hands, and a tiny second skull tucked between the eye sockets. It is mean, it is loud, and once it is cut into oak it looks like something straight off a chopper tank. This is the kind of piece that stops people in a garage and makes them lean in close.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean machining. The depth is real, with deep eye sockets, sharp teeth, and the fine paisley stitching reading crisp against the smooth bandana folds. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For the best result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then bring out the detail with a 3mm ball nose finishing pass at 10 percent stepover. Run it in hardwood like oak or walnut and the grain plays right into the bone and chrome. Turn it into wall art, a man-cave plaque, a motorcycle shop sign, or a one-off gift for the rider in your life.
