Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.

1. Digital Products — General Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment, we generally cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

This is standard practice for digital goods — once delivered, a digital file cannot be "returned."

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same file twice.
  • Corrupted or defective file: The downloaded file is damaged, cannot be opened, or does not match the product description — and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Technical error: A system error caused you to be charged incorrectly.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at jolly@digitalchiselco.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number (or the email used to purchase) and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Membership Plans

  • Membership plans are one-time payments — not recurring subscriptions.
  • If you have not accessed any membership files, we can issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once membership files have been downloaded, the membership is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after downloading.
  • Incompatibility with your specific CNC machine or software (file format and compatibility information is listed on every product page — please check before purchasing).
  • Failure to download files before requesting a refund when download links are working.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
