Welcome to DigitalChiselCo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at digitalchiselco.com (the "Site") and purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Services

DigitalChiselCo sells digital STL files designed for CNC routers, laser engravers, and 3D printers. All products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.

2. Account and Purchases

  • You may purchase as a guest or create an account.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Digital Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive download access via email and/or your account dashboard.
  • Download links remain active for an unlimited period unless otherwise stated.
  • It is your responsibility to download and back up purchased files.

4. License and Usage Rights

  • Personal and commercial use: You may use the STL files to create physical carved, printed, or engraved items for personal use or for sale.
  • Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or make available the digital STL files themselves in any form — including modified versions.
  • No transfer: Your license is non-transferable. You may not give, sell, or share your download access with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of DigitalChiselCo or our designers and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Membership Plans

  • Membership plans provide a fixed number of STL files per month for a one-time fee covering the plan duration.
  • Memberships are non-recurring — there is no automatic renewal unless explicitly stated.
  • Membership files are subject to the same license terms as individual purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalChiselCo provides files "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our files, including but not limited to: machine damage, material waste, personal injury, or loss of profits. You use all files at your own risk and are responsible for verifying compatibility with your equipment.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or redistribute our digital files.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration.
