Welcome to DigitalChiselCo ("we," "us," or "our"). DigitalChiselCo is a trade name operated by Khalid Khattak, sole proprietor, based in Pakistan ("the Operator"). By accessing or using our website at digitalchiselco.com (the "Site") and purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Services

DigitalChiselCo sells digital STL files designed for CNC routers, laser engravers, and 3D printers. All products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.

3. Merchant of Record

Payments on this Site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you place an order, Paddle is the seller of the transaction for tax and consumer-protection purposes. Paddle handles billing, fraud prevention, sales tax / VAT / GST calculation and remittance, and chargebacks. Your purchase receipt is issued by Paddle on our behalf.

Paddle's customer terms and refund interactions are described at paddle.com/legal-buyers. The Operator's own additional commitments — including license terms and the refund window described below — apply in parallel.

4. Account and Purchases

  • You may purchase as a guest or create an account.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location, in line with local law.
  • Payment card data is processed by Paddle. We never see or store card numbers.

5. Digital Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive download access via email and on your account dashboard at digitalchiselco.com/account.
  • Download links remain active for an unlimited period unless otherwise stated, but you are encouraged to download and back up purchased files promptly.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain your own backup of purchased files.

6. License and Usage Rights

  • Personal and commercial use: You may use the STL files to create physical carved, printed, or engraved items for personal use, gifts, or for sale.
  • Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or make available the digital STL files themselves in any form — including modified versions.
  • No transfer: Your license is non-transferable. You may not give, sell, or share your download access with others.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of the Operator or its designers and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Membership Plans

  • Membership plans provide a fixed number of STL files per month for a single one-time payment covering the entire plan duration.
  • Memberships are non-recurring — there is no automatic renewal. You will not be charged again after the initial purchase.
  • Membership files are subject to the same license terms as individual purchases.

9. Refunds

Our refund window and the situations in which a refund will be issued are described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalChiselCo and the Operator provide files "as is" and are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our files, including but not limited to: machine damage, material waste, personal injury, or loss of profits. You use all files at your own risk and are responsible for verifying compatibility with your equipment and materials.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or redistribute our digital files.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by email will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pakistan. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer rights that you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including any rights you may have against Paddle as Merchant of Record.
