About this design
A loaded ore cart sits in the corner of an old mine shaft, an oil lantern hanging off its weathered side, the soft glow catching every plank and iron bracket. Set it against those rough-hewn tunnel walls and you can almost smell the dust and coal. This is the kind of scene that stops people in a workshop and gets them asking who made it.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL, sculpted with the depth and texture to read clearly once it comes off the machine. The wagon's spoked wheels, the riveted timber crate, the lantern, and that chiseled rock background all carry their own shadow and grain, so the carve looks hand-worked rather than printed. The file is built for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs nicely on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For a clean result, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine detail in the wheels and the lantern flame. Cut it in walnut, oak, or pine and it makes a striking panel for industrial wall decor, a miner's tribute plaque, garage and workshop art, or a memorial piece for someone who worked underground.
This is an instant digital download, and commercial use is included, so carve it for yourself or run a batch to sell at shows and online. Add it to your library, send it to the machine, and turn a block of wood into a piece of mining history. Grab the file and start carving.
