About this design
Two gentoo penguins meet on an icy shore while jagged, snow-capped peaks rise behind them. One stands tall with its flippers spread, the other waddles in close, head tipped up like the start of a conversation. Carve this and you get a little frozen story you can hang on a wall, the kind of piece people lean in to study.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean carving. The depth is layered so the foreground penguins pop forward while the mountains stay crisp in the background, and the texture reads like real feathers and rough rock. It runs in Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, Carveco, and Fusion 360, and it cuts well on a CNC router or prints on a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine plumage and the snow on the ridgeline. Cut it in walnut, maple, or basswood, or run it in MDF and resin. It makes a great wall panel, a cabin plaque, a winter decor piece, or a gift for anyone who loves wildlife and cold-weather scenes.
The file is an instant digital download, so you can be carving within minutes. Commercial use is included, which means you can sell the pieces you make at shows, in your shop, or to custom clients. Download it, load your toolpaths, and turn a blank board into a penguin scene worth showing off.
