Licence in plain words
Commercial-use licence: sell what you carve
Every DigitalChiselCo design includes commercial use. You may carve, 3D print or laser engrave it and sell the finished physical pieces, with no extra licence and no royalty. The one thing you may not do is pass on the digital STL file itself: not shared, not resold, not re-uploaded, and not as an edited version.

Which files it covers
The same licence applies to every design in the shop, to bundles, to membership files and to custom designs made from your photo. Your download access is personal and non-transferable.
Common questions
Can I sell carvings made from a DigitalChiselCo STL file?
Yes. Every design includes commercial use: carve, 3D print or laser engrave it and sell the finished physical pieces, with no extra licence and no royalty.
Can I sell the STL file itself?
No. The licence covers the physical things you make, not the file. Reselling, sharing, sublicensing or redistributing the digital file in any form, including a modified version, is not allowed.
Can I sell on Etsy?
Yes, you can sell the finished physical pieces on Etsy or anywhere else. You cannot list the STL file itself as a digital download.
Is there a royalty or a per-item fee?
No. Commercial use of the physical pieces is included in the price of the design.
Do memberships and custom designs carry the same licence?
Yes. Membership files and custom designs made from your photo carry the same licence as a design bought on its own.
What happens to the licence after a refund?
A refund ends the licence, and you agree to delete any copies you downloaded.
