About this design
Two faces lean in and meet at the lips, carved deep into the grain like something a sculptor freed from a single timber beam. There is real tension in this one, the angle of the noses, the shadow between two profiles becoming one. Finished in dark walnut tones it reads as quiet and modern from across the room, then pulls you closer the longer you look.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built to carve clean. The depth is generous, so the cheekbones, brows and parted mouths catch light and hold shadow exactly where they should. It is set up and tested for Aspire, VCarve Pro and Carveco, and the toolpaths run smooth on a CNC router whether you cut walnut, oak, maple or MDF. The same model prints well on FDM and resin machines, and deeper lasers can burn it with the right passes. For the cleanest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull all that subtle facial detail. Think wall panels, a striking sign for a studio, an anniversary piece, or small framed gifts that actually mean something.
This is an instant digital download, so you can have it on the machine within minutes. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces at markets and online, or give one away to someone who will get it. Add it to your cart, send it to your router, and let those two faces meet in real wood.
