About this design
A bald eagle stares straight out of the panel, beak sharp, eye locked on something past the horizon. Behind it two more eagles ride the wind, one banking hard with wings spread wide, the other settled and watchful below. Carve this in walnut or maple and you get that hand-chiseled look people stop and touch, deep shadows in the feathers and a face full of attitude.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for real machining. The feather work, the layered wings, and the broken-edge frame all read clean once the finish pass clears them, so you keep the texture instead of mushing it flat. The file is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs fine on a CNC router for plaques and wall panels, on a 3D printer for framed decor, or through a depth-based laser workflow. For a setup that holds the detail, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover. Scale it up for a mantel piece or down for a gift-sized panel, the model holds depth either way.
