About this design
Three bald eagles stacked head to tail, each one staring out with that fierce, unblinking focus only a raptor has. The topmost bird leads with a clean white crown and that hooked golden beak, while the two below press into the carved hollow, layered so the whole panel feels like it has real depth and weight. Carved in wood with rough chiseled edges, this one reads like a piece a hand carver sweated over for weeks.
What you actually get is a high-detail bas-relief STL, sculpted with the feather work, beak ridges, and sharp eyes already dialed in so they hold up under the tool. It runs cleanly through Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it cuts well on a CNC router. For a crisp result, hog out the waste first with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the soft feather detail and the layered separation between birds. Run it in walnut, oak, or maple and the contrast between the white heads and dark feathers really pops. Good for wildlife wall art, cabin and lodge decor, man cave panels, patriotic signs, and gifts for hunters or outdoorsmen.
