About this design
Two deer hold a mountain valley between them. On the right, a stag turns his head toward you, antlers wide, every strand of mane catching the light. Off to the left a young buck stands among the pines while snow-capped peaks rise behind a weathered tree trunk. Carved into wood, this scene feels like a window cut straight into the backcountry, and it pulls the eye the second someone walks past it.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, rewarding cuts. The depth is layered with intention: the stag portrait reads as a bold foreground, the standing buck and pine ridges sit mid-scene, and the mountain range falls away into soft distance. That separation is what makes the finished panel look hand-sculpted instead of stamped out. The file is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull all that fur and antler detail into focus. Run it in walnut, oak, or maple for wall art, lodge signs, mantel pieces, or gifts for the hunter in the family.
