About this design
Two wounded hands hold Christ close, and you can almost feel the weight of that embrace. The crown of thorns presses into His brow while a believer leans into His shoulder, the whole scene seeming to rise straight out of the grain. Carve this one and it stops people in the room. It carries that quiet, sacred pull that good devotional art always has.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for depth and clean shadow lines. The thorns, the strands of hair, the tendons across the hands, all of it reads sharply once the finish pass clears. The file is tested and ready in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine work in the face and fingers. Walnut, maple, oak, or basswood all take this design beautifully. Use it for prayer room wall art, a church plaque, devotional signs, or a deeply personal gift for someone who keeps their faith close.
