About this design
Picture a little weathered cabin clinging to the edge of a rocky cliff, the surf churning far below and a few gulls riding the wind out over the water. This is one of those scenes that pulls you in close. Run your thumb across the finished carve and you feel the broken stone, the layered waves, the plank siding of the house. It tells a whole story in one panel.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for real depth. The rock faces drop sharply, the ocean reads with genuine movement, and the cabin holds crisp edges even at small scale. Toolpaths come off clean, so you spend less time sanding and more time admiring the grain. It is tested and ready in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it cuts beautifully on a CNC router in oak, walnut, or MDF. The same file works for resin and FDM 3D printers, and deeper laser engravers can handle it too with the right settings. For machining, hog out the waste first with a 6mm end mill at forty percent stepover, then drop to a 3mm ball nose at ten percent stepover for the fine detail in the waves and rooftop. Use it for coastal wall art, cabin signs, nautical plaques, or a standout gift for anyone who loves the shore.
