About this design
First frost barely gone, and these crocus are already pushing up through cold stone. That is the moment this relief captures. A tight cluster of purple blooms, petals streaked with fine veins, orange stamens glowing in the cups, long blades of leaf weaving between them while rough pebbles anchor the whole thing to the ground. Carved in maple or walnut, it reads like the first breath of spring on a wall.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean carving. The layered petals give you real depth and shadow, the leaf edges stay crisp, and the broken stones at the base add a rugged contrast that makes the flowers feel even more delicate. It has been set up for the usual suspects: Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, so it drops straight into your workflow. Run it on a CNC router, print it on a 3D printer for a paint or casting project, or push it through a height-map laser engraving job. For the cleanest result, hog out the waste with a 6mm end mill at forty percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull every petal vein and stamen out of the surface. Scale it up for a statement panel or down for a small plaque, the detail holds either way.
