About this design
A skull stares back from the side mirror while a dark forest blurs past behind it, and a skeletal hand creeps up from below the glass. There is real menace in this one. Carved in good hardwood and given a stain wash, it reads like a still frame from a road you should never have driven down. Horror fans and gearheads both stop and look twice.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean machining. The mirror frame, the trees, the hollow eye sockets, and the worn teeth all sit at different depths, so you get genuine shadow and dimension instead of a flat etch. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, runs fine on a CNC router cutting hardwood, MDF, or acrylic, and scales down for a 3D printer too. For a crisp result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then finish with a 3mm ball nose at around 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine bone and bark texture. Size it for a wall panel, a garage sign, a man cave plaque, or a one off gift.
