About this design
Two unblinking eyes staring straight back at you, framed by a storm of feathers and that hooked beak built for business. This eagle does not look away, and neither will anyone who walks past your finished panel. There is something honest about carving a raptor like this in wood, the grain practically belongs in those feathers already.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL of a bald eagle head shot, captured up close so every barb and brow line reads in the carve. The depth layering pulls the eyes and beak forward while the feathers fan out clean toward the edges, which means crisp toolpaths and no muddy transitions. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs nicely on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For the best surface, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to bring out the feather texture. Scale it up for a bold wall panel or keep it small for plaques, signs, and gifts. Cabin walls, workshop doors, patriotic decor, and presents for veterans and hunters all suit it well.
This is an instant digital download, so you can have it on the machine within minutes. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces at shows, or hand it off as a gift that genuinely impresses. Add it to your library and let the eagle do the staring.
