About this design
A screaming eagle head pressed against a weathered human skull, both clawed deep into the grain like something dragged out of an old myth. The beak hangs open mid-shriek, the skull splits with hairline cracks across the brow, and the whole panel reads dark and a little dangerous. Finish it in walnut or stained oak and the shadows pool exactly where they should. This is the kind of carve people stop and stare at.
Underneath the drama it is a clean, high-detail bas-relief STL built for real machining. The feather texture, the cracked bone, the gripping talons, all of it holds depth without turning to mush on your bit. The file is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router cutting wood, MDF, or acrylic. For the cleanest result, rough the panel with a 6mm end mill at around 40 percent stepover, then drop down to a 3mm ball nose finishing pass at roughly 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine feather and crack detail. It scales nicely for 3D printing on resin or FDM, and deeper engraving on a laser too, machine depending. Think gothic wall panels, biker bar and garage art, Halloween pieces, or a one-off gift for the skull collector in your life.
