About this design
A bull elk lifts his head in the deep timber, antlers spread wide, mouth open mid-bugle. Below him a coiled brass hunting horn rests among oak leaves and acorns. Carve this one in walnut or oak and you get a panel that pulls a hunter straight back to a frosted morning in the woods. It has weight and story, the kind of piece people stop and touch.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, layered cutting. The depth reads from across a room, with the elk standing proud against a soft wall of forest behind him and crisp leaf edges framing the bottom. It is tested and ready in Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, so it drops into your workflow without a fight. Run it on a CNC router through hardwood, MDF, or resin, send it to a laser for deep engraved versions, or print it on a 3D printer. For a clean carve, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to bring up the fur, the antler tines, and the texture in the horn. Take your finish pass slow and the grain detail does the rest.
This makes a knockout cabin panel, a lodge wall piece, a gift for the hunter who has everything, or a steady seller on your shop bench. It is an instant digital download with commercial use included, so you can carve it, sell the finished pieces, and keep the design working for you. Add it to your cart and put it on the machine this weekend.
