About this design
Picture the whole barnyard crowded together for a family photo: a pair of horned cows up front, a watchful goat in the middle, a fuzzy Highland calf, and a row of woolly lambs tucked along the bottom. There is something warm about a herd that won't fit in the frame, every face turned your way. Carved in wood, this one stops people in the hallway.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, deep carving. The layered animals give you real depth, so the toolpaths read with bold shadows between the cows and tight texture in the wool and shaggy coats. It's tested and ready for VCarve Pro, Aspire, ArtCAM and Carveco, and it runs well on a CNC router, a laser engraver using a height-map workflow, or a resin 3D printer for painting and casting. For a crisp finish, rough the panel with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover to clear the bulk fast, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fur, horns, and those soft lamb faces. Scale it up for a barn sign or down for a thick coaster or gift plaque.
Use it for farmhouse wall art, entryway panels, kitchen decor, homestead gifts, or as a standout in your relief carving collection. It's an instant digital download with commercial use included, so carve it, finish it, gift it, and sell what you make. Add it to your library and put the whole herd on the workbench tonight.
