About this design
Picture the moment frozen in wood: a grinning, pot-bellied beachgoer caught mid-pose in his red and white striped trunks, totally unaware that a tiny crab below has clamped on and is tugging them down. It is a visual joke that lands twice, first the goofy face and theatrical stance, then the little troublemaker at his feet. Hang it in a bar, a game room, or a beach shack and watch people lean in to catch the punchline.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean carving. The deep stippled border frames the figure and gives that broken-out-of-the-panel illusion, while the belly, the tattoo, and the striped fabric hold sharp, readable detail through the cuts. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs nicely on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For best results, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the face, the crab, and the texture in the cloth. Use it for novelty wall plaques, coastal humor signs, custom gifts, and conversation-piece decor that nobody else on the block will have.
