About this design
Three old gnomes perch on a leafy branch like birds at dusk, long beards spilling over the wood, pointed caps tilted, one with an arm thrown up mid story. There is a fairy-tale hush to this scene, the kind of carved panel a kid stares at and an adult keeps. Run it deep and the shadows pool under those beards and curling oak leaves, and the whole thing reads like it was cut by hand over a long winter.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The branch, the layered foliage, and the three weathered faces sit at different depths, so your finishing pass picks up real texture instead of mush. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it drops onto a CNC router without fuss. You can also drive it through a 3D printer or treat it as a height map for laser work. For a crisp result, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover. Scale it up for a mantel piece or down for a small plaque, and the detail holds. Walnut, maple, and basswood all take it beautifully.
Think woodland wall art, cabin and farmhouse signs, fairy-garden decor, or a one-off gift nobody else will have. The file lands in your account the moment you check out, commercial use is included, so carve it for yourself or cut a batch to sell. Download it, load your toolpaths, and let these three old wanderers come up out of the grain.
