About this design
A mother hen nestles close to a sleepy baby goat, the two of them tucked into a bed of straw like they have known each other their whole lives. It is the kind of scene that makes people stop and look twice. Carve it once and you will understand why. The feathers catch the light, the kid's spotted coat reads soft against the bird, and the whole thing feels warm before you even hang it on the wall.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, dependable cutting. The sculpting runs deep where it needs to, so the feather ridges and the fine fur stay crisp instead of muddy, and the straw underneath gives the piece a real barn-floor texture. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, and Carveco, and it runs just as happily on a CNC router, a resin or FDM 3D printer, or a laser engraver with the right settings. For a smooth carve, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the small details. Cut it in walnut, maple, MDF, or acrylic and you have wall art, a rustic plaque, or a heartfelt gift for any chicken keeper or goat lover.
