About this design
Get up close to a bear's soft muzzle, that broad dark nose framed by thick fur, with magnolia blooms resting across the brow like a crown and a pair of butterflies drifting past. It is tender and a little wild at the same time, the kind of carve that stops people mid-step and makes them lean in to touch the grain.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting and real depth. The nose sits proud of the panel, the fur is sculpted in fine flowing strokes, and the petals layer over the head so the shadows do the heavy lifting once the light hits it. The file is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For a crisp result, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fur lines and the soft edges of the flowers. Cut it in walnut, oak, maple or MDF and it carries that hand-worked look every time. Think wall art, a feature panel, a nursery piece, animal lover gifts, or a signature item for your shop.
