About this design
Stand at the shoreline and look up. A weathered lighthouse keeps watch over a quiet cove while a tall ship slips across the horizon, and a heavy iron anchor rests in the sand below, ropes coiled and ready. There is salt in this scene, and you can almost hear the gulls. Carved into wood, it turns a plain board into a window onto the sea.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL packed with story. The deep anchor in the foreground reads bold and three-dimensional, while the rippled ocean, palm-shaded cottage, drifting clouds, and rugged rocks give your toolpaths plenty of texture to chew through. It runs clean in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it is ready for a CNC router or a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine clouds, the rope wraps, and the texture in the waves. Walnut, maple, oak, and basswood all carve beautifully here. Make wall art, a beach house plaque, a coastal sign, or a gift for the sailor in your life.
The file downloads instantly, so you can be cutting tonight. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces at markets and craft shows, or hand it to someone who loves the ocean. Add it to your cart and put a little of the coast on your bench.
