About this design
Picture a lone gunslinger standing watch outside the Ranch Police office, his face hidden behind a star-patterned bandana, two pistols crossed at his chest. There is a quiet menace to this one. The wide hat throws a shadow, the sheriff star sits off to the side, and the whole scene reads like a freeze-frame from an old western. Carved into oak or walnut, it turns into the kind of panel that stops people mid-sentence.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL with real depth in the folds of the bandana, the worn leather of the hat, and the engraving along the revolver barrels. The background buildings and desert cactus give it layers, so the toolpaths stay clean and the shadows do the heavy lifting. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer with the right conversion. For a crisp result, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine stuff like the bandana stars and the trigger guards. Scale it to suit a sign, a plaque, or a full wall panel.
Download it the second you check out, no waiting on shipping. Commercial use is included, so carve it for your shop, your cabin, your bar, or a gift for the western fan in your life, and sell what you make. Add it to your library and put it on the machine this weekend.
