About this design
She leans back against the rocks, rum bottle in hand, one boot resting on an open treasure chest spilling gold. Behind her hangs a tattered Jolly Roger flag with its grinning skull. There is swagger in this pose, and once it comes off the spindle in clean oak or walnut, you get all that attitude in relief: the wide pirate hat, the braided hair, the curve of her hip, and the sword balanced across the chest below. It reads like a hand-carved tavern panel, not a flat printout.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for depth. The layering between the figure, the draped fabric, and the rocky background gives toolpaths plenty to bite into, so the finished carve holds real shadow and dimension. The file is tested and ready in Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, Carveco, and Fusion 360, and it runs on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For the cleanest result on wood or MDF, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull out the lace, the chains, and the skull on the flag. Use it for nautical wall art, pirate-themed signs, bar and man-cave panels, or a standout gift for sailors and adventure fans.
