About this design
A wolf stares out steady and quiet while a raven leans in close at its shoulder, feathers layered into the fur. Carve this one and you get that hush of old forest legend, the kind of piece that stops people in the hallway and makes them lean in to study the eyes. Two animals, one composition, and a lot of story packed into a single panel.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean machining. The fur reads as hundreds of fine strokes, the raven's wing breaks into crisp feather edges, and the recessed background throws deep shadow so the subjects sit forward off the panel. It's tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs on a CNC router or a 3D printer without a fuss. For best results, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine fur and feather work. Run it in oak or walnut for a rich grain, or in a tighter hardwood like maple if you want every line sharp. Great as wall art, a cabin or lodge plaque, a feature sign, or a heavy gift for someone who loves wild things.
