About this design
A old wooden rowboat sits beached on the shallows, its ribs and planking worn smooth by years on the water. Behind it a weathered cabin leans into a grassy hill, a small dock juts out over the reeds, and a few birds drift across the sky. Carve this one and you get that quiet morning-on-the-lake feeling locked into the wood.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean machining. The depth is layered so the boat reads in the foreground while the cabin and hillside fall back naturally, and the carved water and grasses hold crisp shadow lines once you sand and finish. It runs in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it cuts well on a CNC router in hardwood, MDF, or resin. You can also bring it into a laser engraver for deep relief work or send it straight to a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough the panel with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the planking, reeds, and weathered cabin boards. Think lake house wall art, cabin door signs, rustic plaques, and one-of-a-kind gifts for the fisherman or boat lover in your life.
The file is an instant digital download, so you can have it on the machine within minutes. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces, or make it a gift nobody else will have. Add it to your library and start cutting.
