About this design
Picture this one hanging in the workshop come July 2026. The Liberty Bell sits dead center with its famous crack, an eagle stares hard off to the left, Lady Liberty holds her gaze on the right, and two flags fan out behind a banner reading 1776 to 2026. Carved in walnut, it reads like a coin you could hold in two hands. This is the piece people stop and study.
Underneath all that drama is a high-detail bas-relief STL built to machine clean. The depth is layered well, so the bell reads up front, the eagle and Lady Liberty fall back into their own planes, and the SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL and 250TH ANNIVERSARY lettering stays crisp without chatter. The file is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs fine on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For toolpaths, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine work in the scrolls, the bell text, and the eagle feathers. Cut it as a wall plaque, a patriotic sign, a veteran tribute panel, or a keepsake for an Americana collector. Walnut, cherry, and maple all carry the detail well.
This is an instant digital download, so you can be cutting tonight. Commercial use is included, which means you can carve it, sell it at shows, or gift it to someone who loves this country. Add it to your cart and have it ready for the big anniversary year.
