About this design
Dust kicks up as a cowgirl leans into the turn, one hand thrown high, her horse digging hard into the arena dirt. You can almost hear the crowd in the grandstand behind the rails. Carve this one and the whole round panel comes alive with motion, the kind of piece people stop and stare at before they even know why.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built inside a recessed circular frame, so the rider and horse sit proud while the fencing, flying mane, and scattered ground read with real depth. The modeling is clean, which means the toolpaths run smooth and the fine details (her hat, the saddle, the windblown tail) survive the finish pass. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For a crisp carve, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at forty percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at ten percent stepover to pull out the texture in the dust and the horse's coat. Use it for round wall plaques, Lazy Susan inserts, rodeo signs, ranch decor, or a standout gift for anyone who lives the western life.
