How it works & what it costs
Applying and getting listed is free. We verify every maker before they go live, so buyers trust the network.
You spend one low-cost credit to send a quote on a job. Founding makers get a free starter pack. Credits keep quotes serious and spam out.
When you win, the buyer pays you directly (your PayPal, Wise, bank or local method). We never hold your money.
Only when a job completes, we bill a 3% success fee on the job value through our processor (Paddle). No win, no fee. You keep 97%+.
In short: free to apply → credits to quote → buyer pays you directly → we bill only 3% on completed jobs. You never pay us out of pocket beyond credits + the success fee on money you’ve already earned.
Our maker standards (please read)
- You own and operate the machines you list, and the work photos you upload are your own.
- You deliver what you quote — the agreed piece, quality and lead time — and reply to buyers within 24 hours.
- You hold any business/tax registration your country requires, and represent your capabilities honestly.
- Each won job gives you a license to make that one physical piece from our design for that buyer. You may not resell or share the digital file, or mass-produce beyond the job.
- You keep deals on the platform — taking a matched buyer off-platform to avoid fees means removal.
- We may verify your identity and suspend accounts that break these rules or receive repeated complaints.
