About this design
Picture a broad old oak standing alone, its canopy spread wide and its roots gripping the earth. Every cluster of leaves catches the light, and the trunk splits into a tangle of branches that throw deep shadow across the panel. This is the kind of carve people stop and touch, the sort of piece that anchors a wall and starts a conversation.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean machining and real depth. The dense foliage and layered branches read crisp at almost any size, from a small plaque to a full wall panel. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, and Carveco, and it runs well on a CNC router. You can also drop it into a 3D printer for cast or painted display pieces, or run it on a laser engraver using a height-map workflow. For the cleanest result on the router, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine leaf detail and bark texture. Hardwoods like walnut, maple, and oak make the shadows pop, but it carves nicely in pine too.
This is an instant digital download, and commercial use is included, so carve it for your home, sell finished pieces at your booth, or make it a gift someone keeps for years. Cabin walls, farmhouse signs, meditation rooms, and woodland decor all suit this tree. Download it, load your toolpaths, and put the chips on the floor.
