About this design
A weathered cowboy bends over his acoustic guitar, hat tipped low, the music almost audible in the grain. Behind him a sunset glows through pine trees while a quiet stream winds toward the foreground. It is the kind of carve that stops people in a hallway and pulls them in for a closer look.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting and real depth. The layering reads beautifully, from the texture of his sleeve and beard down to the tiny trees and water in the background scene. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router, a 3D printer, or a laser engraver using a heightmap workflow. For the best surface, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover. That two-pass approach keeps the strings, the fretboard, and the forest detail crisp. Carve it into wall panels, plaques, country music signs, mantel pieces, or one-off gifts for the guitar player in your life.
The file downloads instantly, so you can have it on the machine the same afternoon. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished pieces at shows and online, or gift them to someone who lives for western music. Add it to your cart, load it up, and let the chips fly.
