About this design
A big largemouth bass breaks the surface with its mouth wide open, water spraying off its tail while the sun sinks low over a quiet lake behind it. Reeds along the shoreline and gulls in the distance pull the whole scene together. Carve this one and you can almost hear the splash. It is the kind of piece that stops a fisherman in his tracks and ends up hanging over the cabin door.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, deep carving. Every scale, fin ray, and ripple is modeled to read sharp once it comes off the spindle, and the layered depth between the fish, the water, and the sunset background gives it real dimension. The file is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs on a CNC router, a laser engraver working from a heightmap, or a 3D printer. For the best surface, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at around 10 percent stepover. Scale it up for a statement wall panel or keep it small for plaques and gifts. Hardwoods like walnut, maple, and cherry make the sunset glow.
This is an instant digital download, so you can be cutting chips the same day you buy. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve these and sell them at shows, in your shop, or to that buddy who never stops talking about the one that got away. Add it to your cart, fire up the router, and make something worth bragging about.
