About this design
A young roe buck stares straight out of the woods, ears wide and antlers velvet-tipped, while a wild boar settles into the grass below him. Behind them a stand of bare trees fades into shadow. Carve this one and you get that quiet, watchful moment from the deep forest, the kind of piece a hunter or an outdoorsman will stop and study.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, layered carving. The depth does the heavy lifting here, with the buck's face standing proud at the front, the boar tucked lower, and the tree line receding into the background so the whole scene reads with real dimension. Fur, antler ridges, and bark texture all hold up when you run it. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it works on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For best results, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine fur and the forest detail. Walnut, oak, or maple all suit it well. Think cabin and lodge wall art, hunting plaques, signboards, and gifts for the nature lover on your list.
