About this design
A boar pauses at the base of a towering pine, head low, snout to the earth, with the whole forest standing quiet behind him. Tall trunks climb toward a leafy canopy, a young spruce leans in from the side, and rocks pile up around the roots. Carve this one and you get that hush of deep woods, the kind of scene that makes a room feel like a cabin in the hills.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean carving. The bristled coat, layered bark, and rough ground texture give you real depth without fussy hand finishing, and the toolpaths run smooth from the deep background up to the raised boar. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs nicely on a CNC router or a 3D printer. For best results, rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fur, the needles, and the grain in the bark. Run it on hardwood for a trophy-grade plaque, or in a softer pine if you want a warmer, rustic look. It makes great wall art, lodge and cabin decor, hunting room signs, and gifts for the hunter or outdoorsman in your life.
