About this design
A big bull elk turns its head toward you, antlers spread wide against jagged peaks and a stand of pines. Down in the valley a lone hunter shoulders his rifle near a tiny cabin, with a doe slipping through the trees. Carve this one and you get a whole high-country story in a single panel, the kind of piece a hunter will hang in the den and talk about for years.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The depth is layered so the elk's face and antlers stand proud while the mountains fall back behind him, which gives the finished carve real dimension instead of a flat stamp. It runs smoothly in Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, Carveco, and Fusion 360, and it is ready for a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For wood or MDF, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the antler tines, the fur, and the rock texture. Cut it in walnut, oak, cherry, or paint-grade MDF for cabin signs, wall plaques, lodge decor, or a personalized gift for the outdoorsman in your life.
You get an instant digital download with commercial use included, so once it lands you can carve it, sell the finished pieces, or gift them. Add it to your cart, fire up your machine, and put this elk to work.
