About this design
A mallard breaks from the surface, wings flared wide, water flying off its body in tight beads. There is real drama in this one. The bird leans into the lift, feathers stacked tight along the wing edge, and the marsh chop trails away beneath it. Carve it deep in walnut and the whole panel catches a low light like a frozen second of motion.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The sculpt holds layered feather work across both wings, a textured breast, and a churning water base that gives the eye somewhere to land without muddying the relief. It runs smooth in Aspire, VCarve Pro, and Carveco, and the file resizes easily for the panel you have in mind. Cut it on a CNC router in hardwood, MDF, or acrylic, print it on an FDM or resin machine, or push it onto a laser for deep engraving. For a crisp result, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at forty percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a ten percent finish pass to pull out the feather edges and the splash detail. Wall plaques, cabin and lodge decor, signs for a hunting camp, gifts for the waterfowl crowd, it all works here.
The download lands the moment you check out, so you can be slicing toolpaths tonight. Commercial use is included, which means you can carve it, sell the finished pieces, or hand one over as a gift with no strings attached. Grab the file and put this duck up on the wall.
