About this design
Five proud animals share one weathered plank: a crowned red stag, a curl-horned mountain ram, a bristling wild boar, and two deer with fine antlers. There is a hush to a panel like this once it comes off the machine, the kind of piece a hunter stops and stares at over the fireplace. Every coat, every tine, every wrinkle of muzzle catches the light and tells you somebody cared about the carve.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, predictable cutting. The depth is layered so the foreground heads sit forward while the standing deer falls back into the grain, which keeps the toolpaths smooth and the shadows honest. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, ArtCAM, Carveco and Fusion 360, and it runs on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For the cleanest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the antler detail and the coarse hair on the boar. Cut it in walnut, oak, maple, MDF or hard resin for hunting lodge wall panels, cabin plaques, mantel pieces, or a standout gift for the outdoorsman in your life.
