About this design
Two old rivals of the high country, face to face. A bristled wild boar with tusks raised and a bighorn ram with horns curling back, both staring out of the wood like they just stepped out of the brush. Carve this one and the whole piece feels like it could grunt and stamp at you.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL, sculpted so the depth does the heavy lifting. The boar's coarse fur, the ram's spiraled horns, the oak leaves and that single acorn anchoring the bottom scroll, all of it reads clearly under the cutter and catches light beautifully once finished. The model is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and runs well on any CNC router. For clean results, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at a 40 percent stepover, then chase the fine work with a 3mm ball nose pulled down to 10 percent. The recessed, chiseled background pushes both animals forward and gives you that genuine trophy-room presence. Cut it in walnut, oak, or maple and the grain only adds to the wild feel.
