About this design
Two weathered hands cup a winged crucifix, a rosary spilling between the fingers and the cross hanging just below. Carve this one and the light does the rest. Morning sun rakes across the knuckles, the feathers catch shadow, and the figure of Christ sits raised at the center like the whole panel is holding its breath. It is the kind of piece that stops people in a hallway.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The depth is layered well, so the praying hands read in front of the wings, the wings frame the cross, and the rosary beads stay crisp instead of blurring into the background. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco and ArtCAM, and it runs on a CNC router, a resin or FDM 3D printer, or a laser engraver with the right depth settings. For a CNC carve, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull the fine feather lines and the texture in the skin. Cut it in walnut, oak, maple or MDF and it makes a strong wall piece, a church or prayer room panel, a memorial plaque, or a devotional gift.
