About this design
A big curl-horned ram sits high on the rocks, chest forward, eyes calm, the kind of stare that owns the whole mountain. Pine ridges fall away behind him and the cliff faces catch the light in long shadows. Carve this one in walnut or maple and the fur alone will stop people in their tracks. It reads like something a master carver spent a hundred hours on.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The horn ridges, the flowing winter coat, and the layered stone all sit at honest depths, so your toolpaths stay smooth and the shadows pop without a lot of fuss. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For a CNC carve I rough it with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fur strands and the fine rock texture. Cut it in hardwood, MDF, or resin and you have wall art, lodge panels, hunter gifts, and signs that sell themselves.
