About this design
She stares out from under an eagle headdress, painted lines across her face, hair falling like river water down the panel. Below her a bald eagle drops with wings spread wide, and past its talons a quiet camp of teepees sits among pines. This is the kind of carve that stops people in a hallway and makes them lean in close.
What you get is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for depth and storytelling. The layered feathers, the smoke-like hair, the feather pendants, and the forest scene all read cleanly when you give the toolpaths room to breathe. It runs smoothly through Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it is ready for a CNC router or a 3D printer. For a clean result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull the eye markings, the raptor profile, and those fine pine needles into sharp focus. Carve it in walnut, maple, or basswood for a wall panel, a lodge sign, a mantel piece, or a standout gift.
