About this design
A bald eagle sits hard-eyed on a weathered branch, pine boughs and berries crowding in beside it, mountains rolling out behind. The whole scene lives inside a clean round border, and when you pull it off the machine in walnut or oak it looks like something a master carver spent a winter on. That white head against deep brown wood does most of the work for you.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for real carving, not just for looking at on a screen. The feather layers, the gnarled bark, the pine needles, the rocky ground, all of it reads with strong shadow and honest depth. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router cutting hardwood, MDF, or acrylic, or on a 3D printer for display pieces. Scale it to whatever size your plaque needs. For a clean result, rough the shape with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at a tight 10 percent stepover to pull out the feather and needle detail. From there you have a round wall plaque, a patriotic gift, lodge and cabin art, or a standout piece for an office wall.
The file downloads the moment you check out, and commercial use is included, so carve it for yourself or build a stack of them to sell at shows. Grab the STL, load your toolpaths, and let this eagle come up out of the wood. Carve it, gift it, sell it.
