About this design
An old wooden ship lies broken on its side, hull split open and timbers splayed against the seabed. Below it, a loose school of fish drifts past scattered rocks while the deck and wheelhouse settle into the silt. Carve this one and you get that quiet, eerie feeling of a wreck found years after it went down, all in warm wood grain.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The layered planking, the cracked hull, and the small fish read crisp because the depth has been worked carefully across the whole scene, so your toolpaths stay smooth and the fine detail holds. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it runs well on a CNC router, a laser engraver, or a 3D printer. For a clean result on wood, MDF, or resin, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose finishing at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the planks and the schooling fish. Use it for coastal wall art, a nautical bar sign, cabin decor, or a piece for the diver and sailor in your life.
The file is an instant digital download, so you can be cutting tonight. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve it, sell the finished panels, or gift them. Add it to your library and give your next nautical build something with real story behind it.
