About this design
Three cowboys lean shoulder to shoulder against a rail fence, hats tipped low, revolvers riding in tooled leather belts. There is a quiet swagger to the whole scene, the kind you only get from men who have spent real days in the saddle. Carve this one in walnut and it reads like a still frame from an old Western, weathered faces and worn denim catching the light.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting and deep, honest shadow. The folds in the coats, the braided rope along the top, the texture in the gun grips, all of it holds up under the tool. It is ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it runs well on a CNC router, a 3D printer, or a laser engraver. For the cleanest result, hog out the waste with a 6mm end mill at forty percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at ten percent stepover to pull every crease and whisker out of the wood. Turn it into ranch house wall art, a saloon-style sign, lodge decor, or a one-of-a-kind gift for the cowboy who would rather hang a carving than a poster.
