About this design
A frantic little mouse claws its way out of the wood, mouth wide open, ball clutched to his chest like he just stole it and won't give it back. Stars and a tumbling toy top scatter around him, and the words "Chiseled From Reality" sit burned into the bottom edge. The whole thing looks like the rascal punched a hole through the plank. Finished in walnut or maple, this is the kind of carve that stops people mid-step and makes them grin.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built to bring out every whisker, the ragged fur, the wrinkled little t-shirt, and those big translucent eyes. The deep recessed background and torn, chiseled border give you strong shadow play and real dimension off a flat board. For the cleanest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull all that fine fur and facial detail.
