About this design
A timber wolf moves low and watchful across rocky ground, ears back, eyes fixed on something just out of frame. Behind him a stand of tall pines climbs toward a little cabin tucked into the treeline. Carve this one and you can almost feel the cold air and the quiet of deep woods. It is the kind of panel that stops people in a hallway and makes them lean in close.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, layered depth. The sculpting reads from foreground to background, so the wolf's fur, the rocky ledge, the grasses, and the distant cabin all hold their own planes when you cut them. It runs nicely in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it is ready for a CNC router, a 3D printer, or a laser engraver using a heightmap workflow. For the cleanest result, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at around 10 percent stepover to pull out the fur and fine detail. Scale it to whatever your stock and machine can handle. Think cabin wall art, lodge signage, mantel panels, and gifts for the hunter or wildlife lover in your life.
Files download the moment you check out, so you can be cutting tonight. Commercial use is included, which means you are free to carve these, sell them at shows or online, and gift the ones you love best. Add it to your cart, drop it on the machine, and let the wolf come to life in wood.
