About this design
A fanned hand of four aces spread across rugged terrain, each card holding its own slice of the West. Mountains and pines on one, red rock buttes on another, a lone saguaro standing watch over a sun-bleached steer skull on the last. Carve this one and you get a poker table moment frozen in wood, the kind of piece a card player or a desert wanderer stops to study.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean, dependable cutting. The card edges read crisp against the layered background, and the depth gives those desert scenes real shadow and dimension. It comes ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, and ArtCAM, and it cuts well on a CNC router, prints on FDM or resin machines, and works for deep laser engraving too. For best results, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine card detail and the texture in the rock and brush. Run it in oak, walnut, pine, or MDF and finish to taste. It makes a sharp game room sign, man cave wall art, a western plaque, or a gift for the poker fan in your life.
