About this design
Four cowboys lean on the chute rail, backs to you, hats tipped, chaps and worn denim catching the light before the gate swings open. There is a quiet anticipation in this scene, the kind every rodeo hand knows. Carved in wood, it turns a slab of oak or walnut into a story you can run your hand across.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built to read clean from across a room. The folds in the leather chaps, the stitching, the number 940 pinned to one rider's back, all hold their depth when you carve them. It runs nicely in Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it is ready for your CNC router, laser engraver, or 3D printer. For the smoothest result, rough it out with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back with a 3mm ball nose at a 10 percent stepover to pull out the fine creases in the denim and the wood grain on the fence. Scale it to a mantel sign, a wide ranch wall panel, or a framed gift for the cowboy in your life.
Download it the moment you check out and get to work. Commercial use is included, so carve it for yourself, build a batch for a western craft show, or hand one to a rodeo fan who will know exactly what they are looking at. Load the file, dial in your toolpaths, and let the chips fly.
