About this design
Picture a tense little standoff carved in wood: a wide-eyed cat crouched low, one paw planted on a fat fish that is mid-flop with its mouth gaping open. There is a stubborn, comic energy in the cat's face, and the river-stone ground and rippled background pull the whole scene together. Finished in a warm walnut tone, this panel makes people lean in and grin.
This is a high-detail bas-relief STL built for clean cutting. The fur, the fish scales, and the scattered pebbles hold real depth, so the highlights and shadows read sharp once the wood catches the light. It is tested and ready for Aspire, VCarve Pro, Carveco, ArtCAM, and Fusion 360, and it scales nicely for a CNC router, a 3D printer, or a laser engraver running a heightmap workflow. For a crisp result, hog out the bulk with a 6mm end mill at 40 percent stepover, then come back and finish with a 3mm ball nose at 10 percent stepover to pick up the fine fur and scale work. Run it as a framed wall panel, a cabin plaque, a man-cave sign, or a one-off gift for the angler or cat lover in your life.
